    Victor J. Bieganowski Founding Attorney Victor J. Bieganowski earned his Bachelor's Degree from Le Moyne College and Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law School. He began his law career in 1978 as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board where he represented the United States in Employer/Employee labor disputes. Later, Victor joined a private law firm in Houston, Texas, and became a partner there. In 1982, Victor established his own offices in Houston and El Paso, Texas. He focused on handling automobile and 18-wheeler accidents, wrongful death cases, product liability, railroad accidents, construction accidents, premises accidents, and workers' compensation cases. Victor is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. District Court - Western District, the El Paso Bar Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Victor is the managing partner of his law firm and is responsible for handling complex cases. Joshua J. Bieganowski Attorney Joshua J. Bieganowski is an associate attorney at the Bieganowski Law Group. He specializes in personal injury litigation and has earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. During his time at Whittier, he was a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, the Armenian Law Student’s Association, and the Whittier Hiking Organization. Joshua grew up in El Paso and attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. While attending university, he worked as a legal assistant for a Plaintiff’s firm. This work experience has given him a unique understanding of both sides of litigation, which he brings to his practice. Joshua has a wealth of experience in the legal field, having worked on personal injury, employment, sexual harassment, product liability, and contract cases.
