Victor J. Bieganowski Founding Attorney Victor J. Bieganowski earned his Bachelor's Degree from Le Moyne College and Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law School. He began his law career in 1978 as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board where he represented the United States in Employer/Employee labor disputes. Later, Victor joined a private law firm in Houston, Texas, and became a partner there. In 1982, Victor established his own offices in Houston and El Paso, Texas. He focused on handling automobile and 18-wheeler accidents, wrongful death cases, product liability, railroad accidents, construction accidents, premises accidents, and workers' compensation cases. Victor is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. District Court - Western District, the El Paso Bar Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Bieganowski is an associate attorney at the Bieganowski Law Group.
