Victor J. Bieganowski
Victor Bieganowski received his Bachelor’s Degree at Le Moyne College and Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law School. He began his law career in 1978 as a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board representing the United States in Employer/Employee labor disputes. Victor subsequently returned to private practice in Houston, Texas and became a partner in a Houston firm.
In 1982, he opened offices in Houston and El Paso, Texas, focusing on automobile, 18-wheeler accidents, wrongful death cases, products liability, railroad accidents, construction accidents, premises accidents and workers compensation cases. Victor is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court -Western District, El Paso Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
Victor is the law firm’s managing partner and handles its complex cases.
Joshua J. Bieganowski
Joshua J. Bieganowski is an associate attorney at the Bieganowski Law Group whose practice focuses on personal injury litigation. Joshua earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California where he served as a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, the Armenian Law Student’s Association, and the Whittier Hiking Organization.
Raised in El Paso, he worked as a legal assistant for a Plaintiff’s firm while attending the University of Texas at El Paso where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Joshua's work experience has enabled him to bring an understanding of both sides of litigation to his practice. His tenure in the legal field with experience in personal injury, employment, sexual harassment, product liability, and contract cases has provided insight and a desire to zealously advocate for his clients. Joshua is licensed to practice law in both the State of New Mexico and the State of Texas.
